The Reverse Paradiddle

The reverse paradiddle is a variation of the standard paradiddle, but the double stroke comes at the beginning of each half of the pattern instead of the end. The basic sticking is: R R L R L L R L This is great for improving hand control, coordination, and your ability to move accents around the kit.
